However, we have been kicked out since the rent was raised 200$ and we were paying below market rate. They charged our complete deposit amount for silly reasons. Beware, if you are renting here forget about your deposit. When my guest parked the car in Office spot for 30mins they posted a glaring sticker with "Do not park here" written on the windshield which we were not able to take it off. Super thin walls, you can literally hear people talking next door and god forbid if there is a young couple on the floor above you.
We do have a list of restricted breeds, however it is similar to most neighboring apartment communities and are in place for our residents safety. We want all our residents to enjoy the amenities that Ramblewood has to offer. We have had the dog park amenity for many years, and on occasion it does get muddy, particularly in the early spring after the thaw. Our team works diligently to add mulch as soon as the snow breaks and most rainy season subsides. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Nestled near Ramblewood Country Club amid mature trees, lakeside views, and beautifully landscaped grounds lies our charming community in Mount Laurel. We’d love to meet you and show you around. Reach out today to schedule a personalized tour. I have had some pretty annoying apartments, and I can not wait to move out of this one. The area is eh, the floorplans are spacious, but very BLEH and overly expensive.

When we moved out , we had vacuumed the carpets and did not have any stain on them. We didn't own a dog or cat so stains on carpet were out of question. I pointed out to the management that the wordings on the lease agreement are contradictory to what the management is actually doing by charging us 75$ carpet shampooing fee. I failed to understand how the lease can state "minor carpet stains are ok " and then "charge the residents a 75$ shampooing fee" . This felt like some sort of money extortion strategy to me. So for all future residents , I would want them to be wary of these unsaid charges when signing the lease.

Does your family include a four-legged member? Ask about our dog-friendly apartments during your tour. When residing in an apartment community, it is always nice to have something to do at home instead of driving all over town for entertainment. This will mean locating apartments for rent in a community with plenty of available amenities. Ramblewood Apartments provides a lot for you to enjoy. We have a large resort-style spa and pool, a large picnic area with BBQ grills and space for friends, a 24-hour fitness center, and even a playground for the kids.

However, there is something which I would want to point out to all future residents regarding the security deposit which the management takes while signing the lease. So , the lease states that you have to return the apartment in the exact same condition in which it was delivered to you. BUT it also states that minor wear and tear is acceptable. IT clearly states that minor stains on the carpet is ok as long as there is no major damage to the carpets due to pet stains. When our lease ended, the community charged us 75$ carpet shampooing fee. I tried to reason this out with them , but it fell on deaf ears.

Moved here from South FL. Because I travel a lot for work moving things in and having furniture delivered when you live alone is difficult. Had it not been for them I’m not sure how things would’ve turned out during the process. Management has gone above and beyond for the 9+ months I’ve been here. Our offices will be closed beginning on Wednesday, 11/23, at 1PM until Friday morning, 11/25, in observance of the holiday. Purchase will include 9 additional FREE application submissions to participating properties. Yes, you are able to take virtual tour for this property on Apartments.com.
We've had roaches our entire stay which pest control is a joke and won't handle so I bought my own bait and traps. Rents over priced, apartment does not look like the pictures. Also they never clean under any appliances between renters.... Covered carport parking options are available for residents.

Upon other things their allowed dog list is very limited. They say it's a dog friendly place and are welcome but it seemed they only favored a few breeds. For example we wanted a husky but was told it's on their allowed list. We asked why but never had an reasonable explanation.
